On July 26th, GeLongHui announced that Mr. Yang Ning resigned as the company's CFO and corporate secretary due to his other business commitments. According to Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, he will no longer serve as the company's authorised representative, effective from July 26, 2024.
The board of directors is pleased to announce that (i) Mr. Chen Ran and Ms. Leung Shui Bing have been appointed as co-CSs of the company; and (ii) Mr. Chen has been appointed as the authorized representative, effective from July 26, 2024.
