Jame Technology (stock code 300868.SZ) announced its 2024 restricted stock incentive plan (draft), and plans to grant 1.9999 million restricted stocks, accounting for 1.56% of the company's total share capital at the time of the incentive plan announcement. The first grant will be 1.6198 million shares with 0.3801 million shares reserved. The grant price (including reserved grants) is 9.50 yuan per share.
The incentive plan will initially grant a total of 109 employees, and the validity period of the incentive plan is from the date of completion of the initial registration of restricted stock grants until the date when all the restricted stocks granted to the incentive objects are released from restrictions or repurchased and cancelled, not more than 60 months.
