The total amount of repurchased funds is no less than RMB 0.6 billion (inclusive) and no more than RMB 1 billion (inclusive). The repurchase period is within 6 months from the date of the board of directors' approval of the share repurchase plan. The price of this repurchased share is no more than RMB 1.60 per share (inclusive).
