Meituan-W (03690) announced that on July 26, 2024, the company granted a total of 3.1488 million restricted share units in the form of incentive shares under the first public offering share incentive plan, including 3.1257 million incentive shares granted to several employees of the Group Participants; and 0.0231 million incentive shares granted to several service providers of the Group, which depends on their acceptance and the terms and conditions of the first public offering share incentive plan.
