Cordlife's Hong Kong and Malaysia Units Receive AABB Reaccreditations

Cordlife Group Limited has announced that its subsidiaries in Hong Kong and Malaysia have received reaccreditations from the Association for the Advancement of Blood & Biotherapies (AABB).

Cordlife (Hong Kong) Limited achieved its seventh consecutive reaccreditation and Malaysia-based StemLife Berhad (Stemlife) secured its fourth consecutive reaccreditation.

Additionally, StemLife has also completed ISO 9001:2015 assessment and recertification in June 2024.

The company has also expanded its services to include peripheral blood stem cell banking in partnership with Loh Guan Lye Specialists Centre and has begun banking cGMP-certified mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) from umbilical cords through a partnership with Medixcell Laboratory Sdn Bhd.

Meanwhile, Cordlife Philippines also recently opened a new clinical diagnostics laboratory, licensed by the Department of Health, as part of its 15th anniversary celebrations. This new facility will provide a range of diagnostic tests and prenatal screenings.
