According to the announcement released by Jingfa Property (01354), the stable pricing period for global sales has ended on July 27, 2024 (Saturday) (i.e. the 30th day after the deadline for submitting the Hong Kong public offering application).
As there was no over-allotment in the international offering, Brighten International Capital Limited (on its own behalf and on behalf of the international underwriters) did not exercise the over-allotment option, and neither Brighten International Capital Limited (as stabilizing manager) nor any of its affiliates or any person acting on its behalf has engaged in any stabilization activities during the stabilization period. The over-allotment option expired on July 27, 2024 (Saturday). As a result, there will be no H shares issued or to be issued pursuant to the over-allotment option.
Following the end of the stable price period, the company will comply with and will continue to comply with the provisions regarding public shareholding percentages under Rule 8.08(1)(a) of the Listing Rules.
