Elec-tech International (002005.SZ) announced that in order to optimize the company's management structure and allocate resources reasonably, according to the company's future development and global strategy, the company plans to conduct a survival separation on its wholly-owned subsidiary, Bengbu Elec-Tech Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Elec-Tech Optoelectronics"), which will continue to survive, and establish Bengbu Runda Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. (temporary name, hereinafter referred to as "Runda Optoelectronics", subject to the industrial and commercial registration) separately.
According to the announcement of Wisdom Finance APP, for the purpose of optimizing the company's management structure and reasonably allocating resources, ST Elec-Tech (002005.SZ) plans to conduct a going concern split of its wholly-owned subsidiary Bengbu Elec-Tech Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. (Elec-Tech Optoelectronics), which will continue to exist, and to set up Bengbu Runda Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. (tentative name, subject to the industrial and commercial registration) separately in response to the needs of the company's future development and global strategy layout.
