The total investment in Xiaopingyang photovoltaic project is about 0.485 billion yuan, with 20% capital and 80% bank loans. The total investment in Taoyang Gaodeling Wind Power Project is about 1.278 billion yuan, with 30% capital and 70% bank loans. The total investment for both projects is about 1.763 billion yuan.
