Zhongguo Jianzhu Xingye (00830) announced that the following changes have been made by the board of directors, effective from August 1, 2024: Due to reaching retirement age, Wu Mingqing resigned as executive director of the company and therefore resigned from the positions of vice chairman of the board, member of the nomination committee, member of the remuneration committee, and member of the sustainable development committee; and Zhu Haiming (the company's executive director and CEO) was appointed as a member of the nomination committee, the remuneration committee, and the sustainable development committee.
The Board also announced that after Wu Mingqing resigned as executive director, he will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company to accept legal process documents or notices on behalf of the company in accordance with Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance under Chapter 622 of the Hong Kong legislation and Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and Zhu Haiming will serve as the authorized representative appointed by the company in accordance with the Companies Ordinance and the Listing Rules. The change of the authorized representative will take effect from August 1, 2024.
