On July 31, Gelunhui announced that Chen Juming had resigned as the company's corporate secretary and no longer served as the authorized representative under the Company Listing Rule 3.05 of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong ("Authorized Representative") and the authorized representative under Section 16 of Chapter 622 of the Hong Kong Business Regulations. The new appointment will take effect on July 31, 2024.
On the same day, Huang Jiasheng was appointed as the company secretary, the authorized representative under the Listing Rules and the authorized representative under Section 16 of Chapter 622 of the Hong Kong Business Regulations with effect from July 31, 2024.
