Gelonghui July 31 | ICBC (601398.SH) announced that from July 26 to 30, 2019, the company issued RMB 80 billion of unfixed capital bonds (hereinafter referred to as current bonds) in the national interbank bond market, and issued the “Notice Concerning the Completion of Issuance of Unfixed Term Capital Bonds” on July 30, 2019. According to the relevant regulations in the current bond offering instructions, the issuer has the right to redeem the current bond, and the Bank has the right to fully redeem the current bond at face value on the interest payment date of the 5th interest-bearing year of the current bond (that is, July 30, 2024). As of the date of this announcement, the Bank has exercised the right of redemption and has redeemed the current bond in full.
