Based on the board of directors resolution held on July 17, 2024, we would like to inform you that the following items of the second subscription rights to be issued for a fee to the directors and employees of our group have been confirmed today by applications and payments from the allocation target. Announcements of individual stocks are as follows.

Record

1. Number and allotment of the subscription rights:
Directors of our company: 1 person (650 shares)
Employees of our subsidiary: 7 people (2,850 shares)

2. The total number of subscription rights
The total number of shares that can be delivered by exercising these Subscription Rights is 350,000 shares of common stock of the Company, and if the number of shares granted relating to these Subscription Rights is adjusted by item (1) below, then the number of shares granted after adjustment multiplied by the number of Subscription Rights will be the total number of shares granted by exercising these Subscription Rights.

5. Type and number of common stock for which subscription rights are to be exercised:
Common stock: 350,000 shares
