On August 1st, Gelunhui reported that Special Treat Mingcheng (600136.SH) established a wholly-owned subsidiary named Lianying Chuangyi on February 28, 2024 with a registered capital of 10 million yuan (paid in full respectively on March 1 and June 5, 2024). To further expand its operation, enhance its financial strength and market competitiveness, the Company plans to increase the capital of Lianying Chuangyi with its own funds by 20 million yuan. After the increase, the registered capital of Lianying Chuangyi will increase from RMB 10 million yuan to RMB 30 million yuan, and it will remain a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
Lianying Chuangyi's main business includes literary performances, theater performances, film and television production, and investment in film and television projects. Among them, literary performances and theater performances are new businesses gradually developed by Lianying Chuangyi on the basis of the Company's original business.
