Zhì tōng cái jīng APP xùn, Shenzhen Magic Design & Decoration Engineering (002856.SZ) issued an announcement stating that on January 29, 2024, the company's Bank of China Shenzhen branch account was frozen by the Futian District People's Court of Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province (Case No.: (2024) Yue 0304 Min Chuqian Diao 1651) due to a contract dispute case. The amount frozen was CNY 12 million yuan. After active negotiation between the company and the Futian court, the company plans to apply for property preservation substitution with non-operating property under the company's name. If there are other related freezing substitution matters in the Futian court in the future, the non-operating property approved by the board of directors in this meeting can be used for freezing substitution according to the actual frozen amount, in order to release the frozen funds and improve the efficiency of fund utilization.
