Realway capital (01835) announces that the group is expected to incur a net loss not exceeding RMB 4 million for the six months ending June 30, 2024, while the net loss for the six months ending June 30, 2023 was approximately RMB 29.7 million.
The group expects the net loss for the period to decrease mainly due to the increase in revenue of about RMB 4.3 million, mainly due to the increase in fund management fee income; and the decrease in other expenses in this period, which is due to a one-off investment loss of about RMB 24 million incurred by transferring the company's holdings of fund shares in the same period in 2023.
