According to the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement, Zhengtongauto (01728) announced that all conditions of the subscription agreement have been reached and the completion has been done on August 2, 2024. A total of 0.48 billion new shares have been issued and distributed to the subscribers at a subscription price of HKD 0.125 per share. The net proceeds from the subscription (after deducting related expenses) is about HKD 59.33 million, which will be used to repay banks loan.
