On August 2nd, Gelunhui reported that Antong Holdings (600179.SH) plans to lease four container ships to China Merchants Energy Shipping's wholly-owned subsidiary Sinotrans&CSC Holding Co., Ltd. (including Sinotrans&CSC Holding Co., Ltd.'s subsidiary holding companies) for its operation in the international shipping market. The estimated lease unit price for two 2444 TEU ships is $23,500 per day (excluding tax), and the planned lease term is 16 to 20 months; The estimated lease unit price for two 698 TEU ships is $7,500 per day (excluding tax), and the lease term is 11-13 months; The total amount of the transaction is expected to be between CNY 0.19 billion and CNY 0.25 billion (excluding tax, based on the exchange rate of 100 US dollars to CNY 708.27, calculated based on the national foreign exchange rate of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange on December 31, 2023).
