Jintai International Renewable Energy Co., Ltd. (below "Jintai International Renewable Energy") and Goldwind Chile SpA (below "Goldwind Chile") of Goldwind Science & Technology (02208) as joint suppliers and Chilean new energy development enterprise PECancura SpA (below "Cancura") signed an agreement for the supply, installation, and hoisting of units. Jintai International Renewable Energy, as an offshore supplier, is responsible for the supply of units and Chinese port handling and marine transportation in the agreement; Goldwind Chile, as an onshore supplier, is responsible for the Chilean port reception, Chilean inland transportation, and unit installation, hoisting, and commissioning work.
Goldwind Science & Technology signed a "Guarantee Agreement of the Parent Company" with Cancura to provide guarantees for the performance and obligations of Jintai International Renewable Energy and Goldwind Chile under the above-mentioned "Unit Supply, Installation, and Hoisting Agreement". The amount of the guarantee is 27.012 million US dollars, of which 18.9084 million US dollars is guaranteed for Jintai International Renewable Energy and 8.1036 million US dollars is guaranteed for Goldwind Chile. The guarantee period starts from the date of signing the guarantee agreement until the end of the wind turbine warranty period (expected to be September 20, 2027 according to the construction period).
