(referred to as "Shunxin Holdings" hereinafter), the controlling shareholder of Beijing Shunxin Agriculture (000860.SZ), announced its plan to increase its shareholding in the company and its subsequent plan for shareholding increase in the "Announcement on the Controlling Shareholder's Increase in Company Shares and Its Subsequent Plan" (Announcement No.: 2024-003). Starting on February 2, 2024, within six months, Shunxin Holdings plans to increase its shareholding in the company through the transaction system of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, with the increase amount not less than RMB 0.1 billion and not more than RMB 0.2 billion.
From February 2, 2024 to the closing period of August 1, 2024, Shunxin Holdings accumulated an increase of 6,301,500 shares of the company through centralized bidding trading, accounting for 0.8495% of the total share capital of the company, with an increase amount of RMB 100.0131 million (excluding trading fees). As of the disclosure date of this announcement, this shareholding increase plan has been fully implemented.
