According to the announcement from Shijiazhuang Kelin Electric (603050.SH) on August 2, 2024, its largest shareholder Qingdao Hisense Network Energy Co., Ltd. (Hisense Net Energy) was issued an administrative supervision measure warning letter by Hebei Securities Regulatory Bureau due to the disclosure defects in the equity change report of Shijiazhuang Kelin Electric Co., Ltd. and the discrepancies between the disclosed contents and the actual sources of funds used for the equity change.
