On August 5th, Gelunhui reported that Weiye Construction Group (300621.SZ) announced that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation report submitted by Director and President Cao Dong for personal job adjustment reasons, applying to resign from the fifth board of directors of the company's board of directors, the president and a member of the board's strategic and ESG committees. According to relevant provisions of the Company Law, the Company's Articles of Association, and other relevant regulations, Cao Dong's resignation application is effective from the date of service of the Company's board of directors. After resigning from the above positions, Cao Dong will no longer hold any positions in the company or its subsidiaries.
In accordance with the company's operational development needs, and after being nominated by the chairman of the board and reviewed by the board's nomination committee, the board of directors has agreed to appoint Mr. Zhu Jiafu as the company's president. The term of office is from the date of approval by this board meeting until the expiration of the term of the fifth board of directors.
