Shenglong Intl (08481.HK) announced on August 5th that, according to the preliminary evaluation of the unaudited comprehensive management accounts of the Group as of June 30, 2024 and the information currently available to the board of directors, the Group is expected to record a net profit attributable to owners of the company of about RMB 15 million, an increase of approximately 117% compared to the net profit attributable to owners of the company of RMB 6.9 million for the six months ended June 30, 2023.
The significant increase in the expected net profit attributable to owners of the company for the six months ended June 30, 2024 is mainly attributable to the increase in gross profit, which is mainly due to (i) increase in revenue; and (ii) improvement in production efficiency.
