Jiawei Renewable Energy (300317.SZ) announced that in order to enhance the overall operational efficiency of its assets and increase income, the company plans to lease some of its idle properties in the industrial park located in Pingdi Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen, to Shenzhen Innovation World Industrial Park Operation Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as 'Innovation World' or 'Lessee'). The properties intended for external lease this time include three factories, one integrated building and one dormitory building located within Jiawei PV Lighting Industrial Park, at the intersection of Huanping Road and Longding Road in Gaoqiao Community, Pingdi Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen. The lease term is 12 years and 10 months (including rent-free period), with a total rental income of approximately 380 million yuan, subject to the actual leasing situation each year. The company intends to apply to the shareholders' meeting for authorization of the legal representative of the company or the authorized agent designated by the legal representative to handle all matters related to the leasing of idle properties, including but not limited to the signing of agreements and legal documents. The specific contents of the leasing method, actual lease term, rental and payment method and other matters related to the external leasing in this release shall be subject to the agreement signed at the time of actual transaction.
