Chi Mer Land (00978.HK) announced that Mr. Huang Junlong has resigned as a non-executive director due to age, and will no longer serve as a member of the company's remuneration committee, effective from August 5, 2024.
Following the nomination of the company's nomination committee, the board of directors has appointed Mr. Yu Zhiliang as a non-executive director and a member of the remuneration committee. When recommending Mr. Yu for the appointment of non-executive director and member of the remuneration committee, the nomination committee believed that Mr. Yu is very familiar with the group's business and his work experience at China Merchants Group enables him to introduce advanced governance experience to the group.
