On August 6, Gelonhui reported that Fangyuan Share (688148.SH) announced that the "Consistent Action Agreement" signed by the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller Luo Aiping, actual controller Wu Fang, Yuan Yu'an, Xie Songshu, LONG Quanan, Zhang Bin, Liu Jingxing, Lin Jieping, Chen Jianliang, Lin Weiwei, Zhu Qinying, Chen Shao'an, and Pingfang Yili on March 1, 2020 expired on August 6, 2024. After the expiration of the aforementioned agreement, all parties confirm that it will not be renewed, and the consistent action relationship will be naturally terminated. Luo Aiping, Wu Fang, Pingfang Yili, and Wu Fang's close relatives Wu Wencheng and Jin Xiaoya still constitute a consistent action relationship; the company's shares held by Yuan Yu'an, Xie Songshu, LONG Quanan, Zhang Bin, Liu Jingxing, Lin Jieping, Chen Jianliang, Lin Weiwei, Zhu Qinying, and Chen Shao'an will no longer be merged with those held by Luo Aiping and Wu Fang.
After the equity changes, Fangyuan Share's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Luo Aiping, actual controller Wu Fang, and their consistent action person, Jiangmen Pingfang Yili Investment Consulting Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), Wu Wencheng, and Jin Xiaoya, collectively hold 103,529,493 shares of the company, accounting for 20.2930% of the company's current total share capital; the original consistent action person, Yuan Yu'an, Xie Songshu, LONG Quanan, Zhang Bin, Liu Jingxing, Lin Jieping, Chen Jianliang, Lin Weiwei, Zhu Qinying, and Chen Shao'an no longer constitute a consistent action relationship with Luo Aiping and Wu Fang, and their holdings in Fangyuan Share are separately counted. The percentage of shares held by the original consistent action person has decreased by more than 5% and dropped below 5%. This equity change will not cause changes in the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, and will not affect the company's governance structure and ongoing operation.
