Upon the recommendation of the audit committee, the board of directors has resolved to appoint Guofu Haohua (Hong Kong) Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. as the company's new auditor, effective August 6, 2024, to fill the temporary vacancy created by Zhonghui Anda's resignation, until the end of the company's next annual shareholders meeting.
