China Overseas Development (00688) announced that in July 2024, the contracted property sales amount of China Overseas series of companies was approximately RMB 13.192 billion, a year-on-year increase of 10.4%, while the corresponding sales area was approximately 0.5464 million square meters, a year-on-year decline of 4.4%.
From January to July 2024, the cumulative contract property sales volume of China's overseas series of companies amounted to approximately RMB 161.57 billion, and the corresponding cumulative sales area was approximately 5.9855 million square meters, a year-on-year decrease of 15.9% and 30.5% respectively.
In addition, as of July 31, 2024, China's overseas series of companies recorded contracted property sales of approximately RMB 13.072 billion, which is expected to be converted into contract property sales in the coming months.
