Jinwu CaiXun | Education stocks are up across the board, as of press time, China Edu (00839) is up 8.67%, BestStudy Edu (03978) is up 8.18%, Fenbi (02469) is up 5.24%, Tianli International Holding (01773) is up 4.33%, and New Oriental Education & Technology Group (09901) is up 4%.

On the news front, on August 3, the State Council issued the "Opinions on Promoting the High-Quality Development of Service Consumption", which proposed guiding schools to introduce qualified third-party institutions for non-subject quality public welfare after-school services through purchasing services and other means in accordance with relevant regulations.

In addition, CITIC Securities pointed out that after the performance disclosure of two education and training leading companies in the US stock market last week, their stock prices had a relatively large adjustment. The bank believes that the performance fluctuation factors of the two companies mainly come from their business investment pace reasons, rather than sector factors. During the summer, most listed companies in the industry are expected to continue to maintain growth, and the industry's prosperity remains unchanged. At present, the sector's sentiment has fluctuated due to the performance of leading companies, but the bank believes that with the catalysis of policy end (this week, the State Council mentioned "education and training consumption" in the "Opinions on Promoting the High-Quality Development of Service Consumption") and the gradual realization of various company's performance, the sector's confidence is expected to recover, and various companies' valuations are at low levels. It is recommended to take advantage of the pullback and actively lay out.
