Actions to promote high-quality development of distribution networks will organize the preparation and implementation of construction and renovation plans, improve the whole-process management of distribution networks, formulate and revise a batch of distribution network standards, establish an evaluation system for distribution network development indicators, and realize coordinated development with sources, loads, and storage. The new generation of coal-fired power generation upgrade action will promote the significant reduction of coal-fired power generation carbon emissions by using zero-carbon or low-carbon fuel blending, carbon capture, utilization and storage and other low-carbon coal-fired power generation technology routes. Promote the construction of new standards for coal-fired power generation, focusing on improving the standard system of system design and equipment selection.
