HeveaBoard Berhad has announced a strategic partnership with Boloni Intelligent Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd., a leading international interior design company, to upgrade all particleboard used in Boloni's furniture to HeveaBoard's JIS Standard Compliant low formaldehyde emission particleboard. This collaboration underscores a shared commitment to sustainability and innovation, aiming to raise industry standards by improving the quality and environmental friendliness of Boloni's products.
The agreement was signed by Yoong Hau Chun, Managing Director of HeveaBoard, and Cai Xinguo, Chief Executive Officer of Boloni Home Group, and witnessed by Tan Ting Wai, Senior Director of Market Promotion for China at the Malaysian Timber Council.
Tan Ting Wai expressed his excitement about the partnership, stating, "We are excited about the partnership between HeveaBoard and Boloni, two major international players in the timber industry. At the signing ceremony, Yoong Hau Chun highlighted HeveaBoard's commitment to sustainability and innovation. He added that integrating HeveaBoard's environmentally friendly particleboard allows Boloni to significantly enhance the quality and sustainability of its products, aligning with the global demand for eco-friendly and safe home furnishings.
HeveaBoard boasts numerous certifications reflecting its dedication to quality and environmental management, including the Singapore Green Label, Sirim Eco-Label, MyHijau, JIS Mark Certification A5908:2015, and CARB Certification.
