Tysan Holdings (00687.HK) announced that it expects a net loss of approximately HKD 41.4 million for the six months ending June 30, 2023, compared to the net profit of about HKD 10.7 million for the six months ending June 30, 2024.
According to the announcement, the group expects to reverse its loss from the same period last year to a profit during this period due to unforeseeable land conditions and site restrictions causing an increase in overall project costs and losses during the same period last year.
