TEAMWAY INTL GP (01239.HK) announced on August 7 that the group is expected to record a loss attributable to owners of the parent company for the six months ended June 30, 2024, which is expected to increase by about 80%-90%, or approximately RMB 23,360,000, compared to the same period last year.
The expected increase is mainly due to the following reasons: (i) weak demand from customers resulting in a decrease in sales of packaging products and structural components; and (ii) decreasing economies of scale due to the lack of mass production, leading to a decrease in gross margin.
