According to the guidelines released and further revised on August 10, 2023 by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), the guidelines relate to the process by which H-share listed companies in Hong Kong can apply for the circulation of domestically listed shares in the HKEX. This was reported by Lan Cang Antique Tea (06911) in an announcement released on Monday.
According to the guidelines, the company's board of directors has reviewed and approved a proposal to implement full circulation of 4.05 million shares of domestically listed shares held by one shareholder (accounting for approximately 3.21% of the company's total issued share capital on the date of this announcement).
As of the date of this announcement, the full circulation of H-shares is still pending approval from all relevant parties, including but not limited to approval and filing notices from the CSRC, conversion of the above mentioned shares to the company's H-shares, and approval for the H-shares to be listed and traded on the HKEX main board.
