From January to July 2024, the group recorded (i) cumulative contract sales (including sales contracts of joint ventures and associates) of about RMB 22.18 billion and contract sales area of about 1.826 million square meters, (ii) contract sales average price of about RMB 12,800 / square meter, and (iii) the company's shareholder equity should account for about RMB 11.02 billion of the contract sales amount.
