On the news side, the Board of Directors of Beijing N Star announced earlier that the Board of Directors will hold a board meeting on August 28, 2024 to consider and approve the interim performance announcement of the company and its subsidiaries for the six months ended June 30, 2024, as well as to consider the payment of interim dividends. It is reported that on July 10, the controlling shareholder North Star Group increased its holdings of 6.5117 million A shares of the company for the first time; the North Star Group plans to increase its holdings of the company's A shares for six months from now, with an amount not less than RMB 35 million and not more than RMB 70 million, and the cumulative increase in holdings shall not exceed 2% of the total share capital.

Haitong Securities pointed out that the company's main business includes real estate development, exhibition (including hotels) and commercial properties. Among them, the real estate development business has been continuously promoting regional cultivation and new city expansion in recent years. As of the end of the reporting period, the company's development projects and land reserves are distributed in 15 core cities including Jing-Jin-Ji, the Yangtze River Economic Belt, the Chengdu-Chongqing Urban Agglomeration, Hainan Free Trade Port and the South China Greater Bay Area Concept. In addition, the exhibition (including hotels) business, relying on the Capital Exhibition Group, has become an important platform for the development of China's international service trade fair, a high-end service provider for state-level and international conferences and events, and is dedicated to building an internationally renowned exhibition brand.
