2. Growth strategy by business

In "MISSION2025", the consulting business aims for stable growth with revenue of 2.9 billion yen or more in the fiscal year ending March 2026, and the product business aims to accelerate growth with revenue of 0.4 billion yen or more. For this reason, the company plans to implement the following growth strategies, but our company sees strengthening sales abilities and expanding sales channels as the key to the success of our growth strategy.

(1) Consulting business: For the fiscal year ending March 2025, the performance forecast for the consulting business is expected to have revenue of 18.87 billion yen, an increase of 8.6% compared to the previous year. Operating profit is expected to decrease by 6.3% to 2.77 billion yen.

Our policy is to maintain a virtuous cycle of stable growth through three initiatives: further enhancing trust from customers, early cultivation and strengthening of human resources, and responding to new technology needs. For the improvement of trust from customers, we utilize the strength of our network with customers and top domestic data scientists. In the early cultivation and strengthening of human resources, we aim to increase technical staff from 100 people in the fiscal year ending March 2023 to 141 people in the fiscal year ending March 2026 by expanding a unique program that cultivates leading talents who take on projects and drive growth, in addition to strengthening the recruitment of technical talent. This will also enhance the leaders who take on projects from 31 to 41. In responding to new technology needs, we proactively adopt advanced AI and data science technologies, such as LLM, advanced AI design, and AI implementation and operation management, to support the resolution of increasingly complex customer challenges on a daily basis.

(2) Product business

The policy is to strengthen sales by improving and expanding the lineup of overseas products equipped with advanced technology and the self-manufactured 'TDSE series'. Therefore, the company aims to achieve accelerated growth of the product business by expanding not only appeals through digital marketing but also co-op agent sales channels, which facilitate repeat purchases of existing customers and acquisition of new customers.

a) Social media marketing business

The SNS marketing market using Twitter and Instagram has strong growth potential, already exceeding one trillion yen, and is expected to reach two trillion yen in the latter half of the 2020s. In such a situation, the company's receiving orders of its 'Quid Monitor,' which has contracted with various SNS vendors and official contracts and was used as a social listening tool, has enlarged due to the paid use of X's API, which has caused inexpensive SNS analytical tools that were based on free use to be eliminated. For the company's self-manufactured product 'KAIZODE,' which started selling in May 2024, we are currently conducting technical verifications aimed at incorporating the latest logic with the combination of LLM (Large Language Models), and in the future, we will provide a service that derives effective analysis results, such as trend predictions and automatic generation of posted comments by utilizing our unique AI technology.

b) Conversational AI solution business

The global dialogue AI market is expected to grow to around 30 billion dollars, about three times that of 2023, by 2028. Taking advantage of this trend, the company further promotes the development and introduction of self-made and other products on the world's leading dialogue AI platform 'Cognigy,' which is easy to integrate and has high scalability with business systems. In addition, in order to improve the accuracy of chatbots' responses, we have standard equipped 'ChatGPT' from OpenAI on 'Cognigy,' developed 'QA Generator' unique to ourselves and are also starting to sell licenses as SaaS. Furthermore, we plan to aggressively expand by implementing RAG correspondence for improving the answer accuracy of 'QA Generator' by LLM this summer.
