Following the nomination by the Chairman and General Manager of the company, Mr. Rong Junlin, and the review and recommendation by the Nomination Committee and the unanimous approval by the Audit Committee, the company held its 17th meeting of the third board of directors on August 8, 2024, and passed the Proposal on Appointing Company Financial Director, agreeing to the appointment of Ms. Huang Weiwei as the company's financial director, who will serve the same term as the current board of directors.
