China Shenhua (01088) announced that its holding subsidiary, Shenhua Xinjie Energy Co., Ltd., has recently obtained the exploration rights of Xinjie Sanjing and Xinjie Sijing in Taigemuobei area, Dongsheng Coalfield, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and has obtained relevant coal exploration and surveying licenses.
The exploration area of Xinjie Sanjing license is 78.7718 square kilometers, valid from July 19, 2024 to May 12, 2027; the exploration area of Xinjie Sijing license is 64.9616 square kilometers, valid from July 19, 2024 to May 12, 2027.
The company will continue to promote the coal resources exploration and relevant rights certification application work of Xinjie Sanjing and Xinjie Sijing, and fulfill its information disclosure obligations in a timely manner in accordance with securities regulatory requirements.
