Suwen Energy (300982.SZ) announced that in order to promote the overall strategic development layout of the company and further enhance the company's core competitiveness. On August 7, 2024, the company signed the "Wuxi Xinchiyuan High-Quality Private Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) Limited Partnership Agreement" with professional investment institutions Wuxi Guolian Xinchuang Private Equity Investment Fund Co., Ltd. ("Guolian Xinchuang"), Wuxi Yunlin Investment Management Co., Ltd. ("Yunlin Investment"), Wuxi Xishan Financial Investment Group Co., Ltd. ("Xishan Financial Investment"), Wuxi Innovation Investment Group Co., Ltd. ("Innovation Investment") and Nanjing Xintanrutong Equity Investment Center (Limited Partnership) ("Xintanrutong"). The partners jointly invested to establish Wuxi Xinchiyuan High-Quality Private Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) ("Investment Fund" or "Partnership Enterprise"), with a total subscribed capital of RMB 0.4 billion. The company subscribed for RMB 40 million of the subscribed capital with its own funds and holds 10% of the partnership shares.
Main investment direction: focusing on investment in park development and construction, and building a series of characteristic professional parks around key development areas in Xishan District, Wuxi, such as electronic information, advanced manufacturing, and biomedical industry. Supporting project equity investments will mainly be directed to key incubating enterprises in Xishan District and parks in Wuxi. 80% of the actual paid-in capital of this fund should be invested in enterprises in Xishan District of Wuxi, including enterprises with their registered offices, subsidiaries, branches, or actual production and operation entities located in Xishan District of Wuxi during the period of the fund's existence; and the funds invested in park development and construction should not be less than 75% of the actual paid-in capital.
