The Board of Directors, upon the recommendation of the Audit Committee, has resolved to appoint Zhonghui Anda Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. ("Zhonghui") as the company's auditor effective from August 8, 2024, to fill the temporary vacancy left by the resignation of Kaiyuan Xinde, until the end of the next shareholders' annual meeting of the company.
