SDITC (01697) announced that it has signed a Cooperation Intention Agreement and a Framework Agreement for Share Issuance and Purchase of Assets with Guolian Securities. According to the agreement, Guolian Securities plans to acquire the stake held by the company in Minsheng Securities through the issuance of A-share stocks.
On August 8, 2024, the company and Guolian Securities entered into a Share Issuance and Purchase Agreement for this transaction. According to the agreement, the company and Guolian Securities have agreed to the conditions that Guolian Securities will purchase 0.1327 billion shares of the stake held by the company in Minsheng Securities through the issuance of A-share stocks for a price of RMB 0.3467 billion yuan.
