Dongyue Group (00189) announced that KPMG had resigned as the company's auditor, effective August 7, 2024, after considering many factors, including its available internal resources.
The board of directors, upon the recommendation of the audit committee, has appointed Zhonghui Ande Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. ("Zhonghui") as the company's auditor, effective August 8, 2024, to fill the temporary vacancy left by the resignation of KPMG, with a term ending after the next shareholder annual meeting.
