On August 9th, GeLongHui reported that Shandong Sacred Sun Power Sources (002580.SZ) held its 7th meeting of the 6th Board of Directors on August 9th, 2024. The Proposal on the Appointment of the Company's General Manager was approved. After being nominated by the Nomination Committee of the Board of Directors and passing the qualification examination, the Board of Directors agreed to appoint Mr. Duan Biao as the company's general manager, with a term from the date of approval of the Board of Directors to the end of the sixth session of the Board of Directors. From the date Mr. Duan Biao takes office as general manager, Mr. Li Wei, the company's chairman of the board of directors, will no longer act as the deputy general manager.
