On August 9th, Gelunhui reported that Xingyuan Zhuomei (301398.SZ) announced a plan to issue convertable bonds to unspecified parties. The company is planning to raise no more than 0.45 billion yuan (including) in this issue of convertible bonds to unspecified parties.
