On August 9, 2024, Quam plus fin finance acquired all existing and future rights, ownership, interests and benefits of the margin loan debt under the margin loan agreement transferred by Quam plus fin securities. Quam plus fin finance is the new creditor of the margin loan debt and has the right to execute and collect repayment of the margin loan debt.
After considering the borrower's current financial situation and the negotiations between Quam plus fin finance and the borrower on the repayment of the unpaid amount, Quam plus fin finance and the borrower and personal guarantor concluded a debt settlement agreement on August 9, 2024. After considering the obligations and commitments of the borrower and personal guarantor under the debt settlement agreement, Quam plus fin finance agreed to accept the settlement amount as repayment, which only represents the outstanding principal amount of the unpaid amount and is the full and final repayment and settlement of the unpaid amount.
