The state-owned construction land-use rights are to be granted by the Planning and Natural Resources Bureau of Xi'an City. The industrial land for auction is located north of Jinye Second Road and west of Xitai Road in the High-tech Zone Xiliu Street, with an area of approximately 35.986 mu. The land-use rights will be used for the Synock New Energy Technology Park project.
