SINGAPORE, 12 August 2024 – Rex International Holding Limited (“Rex International Holding”, “Rex” or the “Company”, and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”), a technology-driven oil exploration and production company, wishes to share that production in July 2024 from Norway and Oman totalled 12,717 boepd.
Reference is made to the press release dated 12 August 2024 by Rex’s subsidiary, Lime Petroleum AS, which announced the following:
“Lime Petroleum AS (“LPA”) wishes to announce that for the full month of July 2024, production at the Brage and Yme Fields combined, net to LPA, was 9,282 barrels of oil equivalent per day (boepd).
Brage Field: LPA holds a 33.8434 per cent interest in the Brage Field. The operator of the Brage Field is OKEA ASA.
Yme Field: LPA holds a 10 per cent interest in the Yme Field. The operator of the Yme Field is Repsol Norge AS. Only oil is sold from the Yme Field as the produced gas is being used for production operations and re-injected into the reservoirs for improved oil recovery.
For both fields, there were drilling operations for new wells, as well as scheduled and unscheduled shut-ins for well intervention and other maintenance and technical well management activities that were in the ordinary course of operations during the month.”
The Group also refers to the press release issued on 12 August 2024 by its 91.81 per cent subsidiary, Masirah Oil Limited, which announced the following:
“Muscat, 12 August 2024: Masirah Oil Limited (“MOL”) today announced that gross production in July 2024 from the Yumna Field in offshore Block 50 Oman, amounted to an average of 3,435 stock tank barrels per day (stb/d) over the month’s 31-day production period. MOL is the Operator and holds a 100 per cent interest in Block 50 Oman.”
