On August 13, Gelunhui announced that, based on its confidence in the company's future prospects and its high recognition of the long-term investment value of the company, in order to maintain the stability of the capital markets and further enhance investors' confidence in the company, Chairman Zhang Hong, Director and General Manager Wu Qingwen, Director Zheng Junqing, Director Fan Shangbin, Supervisor Xu Xintian, Supervisor Wu Yufeng, Vice General Manager Wu Dunwei, Vice General Manager Bai Jianming, and Chief Financial Officer Jin Fuchun (hereinafter referred to as the 'shareholding parties') plan to increase their holdings of the company's shares through the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system by centralized bidding trading method within six months from the date of the announcement.
