On August 13th, Gelunhui reported that recently, Wuhan Easy Diagnosis Biomedicine (002932.SZ) received a notice letter from Ms. Chen Lili and Ms. Wang Ying, the actual controllers (referred to as the "original actual controllers" or "both parties") about the expiration of the Joint Action Agreement and not renewing it. Since the Joint Action Agreement signed by the original actual controllers on August 11, 2021 expired on August 10, 2024, and both parties have agreed to terminate the Joint Action Agreement upon expiration. The joint action relationship between one of the original actual controllers and the company will terminate on August 10, 2024. The termination of the joint action relationship between both parties will result in a change of the company's actual controllers. After the expiration and termination of the Joint Action Agreement, the actual controllers of the company will be changed from Chen Lili and Wang Ying to Chen Lili.
