Currently, the capacity utilization rate of the Guangzhou factory has reached 80%, which is almost full capacity. The company basically cooperates with leading NEV companies, and is also connecting with leading overseas car companies in North America. Currently, there are NEV-related layouts and business development at home and abroad.
For integrated die casting as a whole, the gross profit situation depends on the planning of the entire production process. The profit level of the product may be relatively low in the initial mass production stage, but there is a lot of room for improvement throughout the life cycle of the product. The current yield and mass production conditions of our products are in line with the best parameters in the industry. After the integrated die-casting product project is completed, the profit margin will not be much lower than that of traditional die castings.
